EGR Cooler

This is short for Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler, a device which re-circulates some of exhaust gas into the intake system of enginein order to reduce the emissions of harmful substances in the environmentcoming out of diesel engine like the nitrogen oxide (NOx), etc. and which decreases the temperature of gas flowing into the engine using the coolant at this time, further reducing the nitrogen oxides (NOx), and the particulate materials (PM).
